Thank You to Mr. David Proctor

Overton ISD would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. David Proctor for his 15 years of service to our District and community. David has served as a trustee on the Overton ISD School Board since 2009. His tireless dedication and collaborative commitment has had a positive impact on our district and improved opportunities for our students.
