Lady Mustangs are Area Champions!!! Great job by the players and coaches tonight. They had to play through some extra adversity, but they came together to get the win and move on to round 3. Great job ladies.
Lady Mustangs win game one tonight vs. James Bowie. They will look to close out the series tomorrow at 5pm in Winnsboro. Mustangs lost a tough one 8-7 tonight, and will look to extend the series tomorrow with a win in game 2. The boys will play at 7:30 in Winnsboro.

The end of the school year is quickly approaching and our preparations for another great year will continue over the summer. The Mustang #ALLIN summer workouts are for all OISD student athletes entering grades 7-12. The athletes will be participating in strength and speed development exercises as well as sport specific workouts on certain days. OMS and OHS athletic activities for the week of April 29th thru May 4th. Athletic physicals for athletes entering grades 7, 9, & 11 will begin at 1pm. UIL paperwork can be found online on the OISD website and was sent home with all athletes last week.

After their win today vs. New Summerfield the Mustangs secure the #3 seed in the baseball playoffs. Playoff series details will be out as soon as they are finalized. Congrats players and coaches.
It is Gameday!!! Lady Mustangs look to move on to the Area round, and the Mustangs look to lock in the #3 seed in the playoffs.
Lady Mustangs win the seeding game 6-5 in bottom of the 9th inning. Kyuana Brown scored on a sacrifice fly by Kasha Williams. The Lady Mustangs are District Champs and will play Martins Mill in the Bi-District playoffs on Friday at Tyler Legacy at 6pm.
Mustang Baseball gets the 15-0 win. Bryce Still threw a perfect game. Thank you seniors for everything that you have poured into the Mustang Baseball and Softball programs over the years.
Baseball playoff shirts are available to order until April 25th, and the shirts will be available for pickup May 1st.

Tyler ISD is doing online ticket sales only for the softball seeding game at the Tyler Legacy Softball Field on Tuesday, April 23 at 6:00 PM. Please let your fans know that all tickets will be sold online at https://tylerisd.hometownticketing.com/embed/all. We will have people to assist with online ticket purchases at the gate but there will be NO CASH SALES.

Jayden Edwards finished 9th today in the Long Jump at the regional track meet, & will run in the 200m dash prelims tonight. Jayden has had a great season to this point, setting PR's in the 200, 100, Long jump, & triple jump.
Congrats to Kaylee Stevens for setting a new PR today of 32'9" in the triple jump at the regional track meet. Kaylee still has a chance to qualify for the state meet in the 100m hurdles later tonight. She has had a great freshman track season.
Christian Hall finished 6th place today at the regional track meet. Proud of all the hard work Christian has put in this year. He set a new PR of 6'4 for this year. Christian will be back next year to attempt to qualify for the state meet.
