The Area Track Meet has been postponed from Wednesday, April 10 to Friday, April 12 with the 3200m starting at 8:30am, field events at 9:00am, and running finals at 1:00pm.
The baseball game scheduled for today has been postponed to Thursday, April 11th starting at 8pm in Grand Saline. We are the second game of a doubleheader.
The softball game scheduled for today has been postponed to Thursday, April 11th at Big Sandy starting at 5:30pm.

Our Elementary PTO Easter Egg Fundraiser raised $791 ! First and third grade won an ice cream party. PTO would like to thank the students and parents for participating and having another successful fundraiser for our school!
Mustangs pick up a big win tonight 13-3 vs. Hawkins. The win improves the district record to 8-3. Keep it up Mustangs!!!
Huge week for Mustang JV Baseball. On Tuesday the Mustangs beat Harleton 10-5, & today they beat Hawkins 15-0. Congrats guys!!!

Congratulations to the Overton FFA Livestock Judging Team. On March 29th they judged the Wood County contest. The team was placed 5th overall, and Mustang Senior, Vance Aaron was the Champion High Point Individual. Taylor Quinalty was 10th high individual. We’re very proud of this team, and it’s exciting to see them getting better!
Did you know Overton ISD can teach Entry Level Driver Training to school bus drivers that have their CDL permit???

Due to the rain and already wet field conditions, Friday's Baseball game vs Beckville has been moved to Panola College in Carthage TX. This will be Varsity Only game at 6:00PM on Friday, March 22nd. There will be a gate fee of $5.
